This Privacy Policy describes how Chantilly Designs, LLC, doing business as “Pollyonit” (“we,” “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use pollyonit.com (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to the practices described below. Please also review our Terms & Conditions, which govern your use of the Service.

Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly — such as your name, email address, mobile phone number, and the games you create or join — along with basic usage data needed to operate the Service.

How we use your information

We use your information to run pickup games, send invites and updates, respond to support requests, and improve the Service.

SMS messaging

Pollyonit may send transactional SMS messages related to recreational sports game activity, including game invites, RSVP confirmations, game updates, cancellations, and related notifications. You may receive SMS messages from Pollyonit if you provide your mobile phone number during onboarding, profile setup, or profile updates and agree to receive SMS messages from Pollyonit. You may also receive a transactional, game-specific SMS message if a Pollyonit organizer who knows you enters your mobile phone number to invite you to a specific recreational sports game. These guest invite messages are related only to that specific game invite, RSVP confirmation, game update, or cancellation.

Message frequency varies based on game activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase or use of the Service.

Pollyonit does not sell mobile phone numbers or share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, including affiliates, for any purpose.

Sharing

We share information with service providers who help us operate the Service (for example, hosting and SMS delivery) and when required by law. We do not sell your personal information.

Your choices

You can opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP. You can request access, correction, or deletion of your information by contacting us at hello@pollyonit.com.

Data retention and security

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to operate the Service, and we take reasonable measures to protect it. You can request deletion of your information at any time.

Children’s privacy

The Service is intended for adults and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13; if you believe a child has provided us with information, contact us and we will delete it.

California privacy rights

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request access to or deletion of it, and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. To make a request, email hello@pollyonit.com.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated policy.
